This morning, Shannon had baby #2 Savannah Golladay (She has the EXACT same birthday as her cousin Rylie who was born 1 year ago today...they sure grow up fast)!
She weighed in at 7lbs 7oz and is 18.5 inches long.
I would just like to say, I was the first family member to visit her in the hospital, so naturally, I am probably already the favorite aunt (even though she couldn't see me). I put her binky in when she cried....and her cry is not like the tiny little newborn cry I was used to hearing. That girl's got some SERIOUS lungs! I may have found my future running partner!
Allie wasn't too stoked about the little one coming. She is in for an interesting few months getting used to having a little one around. I am pretty sure they will become best friends though! They look like identical twins! I seriously kept wanting to call her Allie when I saw her, because she looks EXACTLY like Allie did when she was born...just a little bit chubbier! I am pretty sure she will be one of those really cute chubby babies that everyone loves, because not only can she cry, but that girl can POUND the bottle. My mom fed it to her, and it was gone in 1 minute (okay slight exaggeration but you get the picture).
Anyways, we are SUPER excited for Shannon, Patrick, and Allie about their newest addition and can't wait to spoil and play with her!!
